Thank you so much for your help. You are a gifted encourager. When I came, I was feeling horrible about myself and feeling like I would just have to live with the pain because I deserved it, but you helped me to make the most of where I am, and let me know that I could get better. A few days before I came to see you, I was sitting at the Dr.’s office, crying and in pain, asking what I could do. She basically told me that it would only get progressively worse, and that I needed to lose weight. How discouraging! What I heard is that I deserved it, and that I would never really get better. I did not get any of that from you. You were able to make me want to be better without making me feel totally worthless. I want you to know that it means the world to people like me who are already hurting and down.

I have to admit Hope was critical in my recent recovery from a stroke last August. Rob, Jose, all the gang (you know who you are) were just great. Had not Rob found the possible blood clot in my leg and advised me to seek a second opinion I might possibly would have died of complications from my knee surgery. Your professionalism, kindness, understanding and courteousy is rarely seen in one package anymore keep up the good work. Inevitably I will have to have a total knee replacement in the next 10 years. Get ready for me again you all, because I will not allow anyone to perform thearapy on me but Hope; try them you will see what I mean.
